The Fresh Coat - Sunday, March 6
Action on the Copperhead started this afternoon with the 3M $1 Million Hole-In-One Challenge and the inaugural Par4Miler.
In the Hole-In-One Challenge, none of the 15 finalists made the ace that would have earned them $1 million but Jeff Long of Buffalo, N.Y. and Dunedin did claim the prize for closest to the pin.
The first winner of the Par4Miler was Anthony Dyshanowitz of Valrico with a time of 26.10.8, more than 30 seconds ahead of any of the other competitors. Jaimee Parry of Tarpon Springs led the women and was 9th overall at 30:24.3.
All of the more than 200 participants were winners with tickets to the Valspar Championship and a certificate for Valspar Paint.
